600-Meter-Projektion in Québec
In diesem Jahr wurde die Stadt Québec 400 Jahre alt, aus diesem Anlass wurde von Robert Lepage die spektakuläre Multimedia-Show “Le Moulin à images” geschaffen. Dabei wurden Filme und Animationen, die sich mit der Geschichte von Québec auseinandersetzen, auf riesige Getreidesilos projiziert, die sich auf einer Länge von 600 Metern am Hafenbecken erstrecken.
“The technical side of this is no less impressive. Twenty-seven 20,000-lumen projectors are combined with 238 spotlights and 329 speakers, with a radio-broadcast soundtrack by René Lussier.”
